Job Overview

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and executing company strategies related to property management operations across your assigned portfolio of multifamily/residential properties. Your role involves implementing policies, procedures, and practices to ensure each property meets or exceeds budgeted financial goals and achieves operational performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities and Maintenance Management

Manage facilities and maintenance operations to ensure all properties meet established standards.

Software and Technology Utilization

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of business presentations and investment reports.
Leading all client presentations.
Managing all aspects of transaction execution.
Collaborating and coordinating in developing and executing solutions to meet stakeholders’ needs.
Directing the preparation of financial and valuation analyses, such as discounted cash flow, precedent transaction and comparable companies analyses.
Assisting senior management in business development and origination.
Managing daily interaction with external parties and keeping clients informed throughout the deal process.
Handling multiple assignments simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor and above; major of accounting, finance, economics, or law. CFA license is a plus

Experience: Minimum of one year experience in relevant field

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Chinese speaking preferred, but not required.
Experience in Advisory, M&A, Investment banking Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines.
Independent thinker and a resourceful problem solver driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency communicating in English, Chinese or French
Must be capable of working in fast-paced, self-directed, and changing environment and must have the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. ·
Proof of eligibility to work in the Canada.
